Description
The General Gymnastics STRICT
3 sessions per week added onto your current training lasting 20-30 minutes. This programme has no kipping work, The programme focuses on strict upper body & bodybuilding. This is a good addition for someone with a weakness on strict strength to really bring up their foundations to then passover to the kipping skills later down the line. It could also benefit anyone who isn’t looking to compete but enjoys working on strict gymnastics training. You will be exposed to varied amounts of Pull, Push and Core work in 6 Week cycles! The PUMP will be real!
