Description

The General Gymnastics RING MUSCLE UP

3 sessions per week added on to your current training lasting 30-40 minutes.

The programme is a 12 week phase, broken down to 2×6 week blocks. All geared towards building the strength and skill to get your first ring muscle up! The first phase has a large emphasis on strength development and base foundations to take into the following 6 week phase looking at more skill accumulation where week 12 is then tested. Expect to still do lots of strict work that phase too!

This programme is perfect if you have 5+ strict pull ups, ring dips and strict knee to elbows and are looking to turn that into higher skills!
