The Functional Bodybuilding Programme is our BRAND new addition to the EQ Programmes written by Coach Ash. Designed to make you look and feel great both inside and out the gym while being able to move well.

With 4 main training sessions a week plus an optional extra 5th day, the programme is perfect for busy people who can fit 60-90 minute sessions into their schedule.

Ash has included Olympic lifting into the programme but for those who aren’t keen OLY lifters these sections can easily be skipped without having a negative effect on your progress.
