The EQ-Squat add on has been created by Coach Ashley to use as addition to your current training.

The programme is an adapted Russian cycle which includes 3 squat sessions a week for 8 weeks.

Who is the programme good for?

  • The programme is aimed at people who are wanting to increase strength in their Front and Back Squat who have time to add it onto their current training. It would be perfect for people following group classes who can add this as an addition.
