Description

The General Gymnastics BAR MUSCLE UP
3 sessions per week added on to your current training lasting 30 minutes. The programme is split into 12 week phases. All geared towards building the strength and skill to get your first bar muscle up! There is lots of strength based progressions and isolated skill practice

It is recommend you have 3-5+ strict pull ups and dips to maximise the bar muscle up specific work in this cycle, a perfect progression from the strict programme we run. Even if you have a couple bar muscle ups this programme would be great for further improving your confidence and strength with the movement!
