Description
The EQ-Glutes add on has been created by Coach Charlie to use as addition to your current training.
The programme has been created through tried and tested methods to build and strengthen the glutes. The programme ensures you are working all 3 of the glute muscles across all working planes to ensure optimal hypertrophy.
The programme doesn’t include any major compound lifts like squats or deadlifts to ensure it doesn’t overload your regular training.
The programme has 3 days of work which should take 20-30 minutes to complete after your regular sessions
Who is the programme good for?
- The programme is aimed at people wanting to gain glute strength and hypertrophy but don’t feel like they are targeting these muscles enough in their normal training. It would be perfect for people following group classes who can add this as an addition.
