The 12 Week Toes To Bar Programme is a supplementary programme made by Coach OBH! It has been designed to be followed along side your regular training for extra focus on Toes To Bar technique, strength and conditioning.

- Male or Female
- Those looking to work towards their first strict or kipping toes to bar or improve toes to bar technique
- People able to add 2x sessions a week to their regular training

- Gymnastics bar/rig space
- Barbells and Plates
- Resistance Bands
What is the cost of the programme?
- After your initial £20 sign up fee the programme will cost £3.50 a week for 12 weeks via direct debit.
