The 12 Week Muscle Up Programme is a supplementary programme made by Coach OBH! It has been designed to be followed along side your regular training for extra focus on specific strength and conditioning to help you get your first ring muscle up!

What is the focus of the programme?

Who is the programme good for?

  • Male or Female
  • Those who have 5-8 strict pull ups and strict ring dips
  • People able to add 2x sessions a week to their regular training
  • CrossFitters looking to improve their gymnastics

What equipment do I need?

  • Low rings
  • High rings
  • Dumbells/Kettlebells
  • Resistance Bands
  • Boxes or stationary dip station
  • Pull up bar

What is the cost of the programme?

  • After your initial £20 sign up fee the programme will cost £3.50 a week for 12 weeks via direct debit.
